- Received an athletic scholarship to play Division I Baseball for Southeast Missouri State University
- Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with an emphasis in Marketing

- In 1998, was a member of the first Division I Baseball team in SEMO’s history to represent the university in a regional tournament
- All Conference OVC selection in 1998 and 2000
- All Tournament OVC selection in 2000
- Top ten in school history in several career offensive categories including second all-time in homeruns with 49
- 2000, was a member of the all-time homerun team in SEMO’s baseball history(finished third in the nation

Professional
- Signed with the River City Rascals of the Frontier League in 2000
- Traded to the Chillicothe Paints of the Frontier League in 2001
- Member of the Chillicothe Paints, Frontier League divisional championship teams, during 2001 and 2003
- Frontier League All-Star 2002 and 2003
- Chillicothe Paints team MVP 2002 and 2003
- Runner-up league MVP in 2003
- 2004 traded to the Souix Falls Canaries of the Northern League
- 2005 drafted in Northern League expansion drafted by the Edmonton Cracker-Cats
- 2005 traded back to the Frontier League, to the Florence Freedom, finished Frontier League career 4th all-time in homeruns and top ten in several other categories
- 2006 played in Can-Am League with the Sussex Skyhawks before suffering wrist injury
- 2007 with the York Revolution of the Atlantic League before suffering shoulder injury and surgery, became bench coach with the Gateway Grizzlies of the Frontier League under Manager Phil Warren
